The first step is to join the Priority Interest List. When applications open, interested renters will receive instructions and links to apply.

Yes. Applications, screening, and rent collection are expected to be handled through Zillow Rental Manager or the selected property management platform once leasing opens.
Are the homes EV-ready?
Homes are expected to be EV-charging connection ready. Final equipment, usage, and installation details should be confirmed before move-in.
What happens when I fill out the priority list form?
The form is handled through Tally. Once email notifications and Google Sheets are enabled in Tally, each submission can be emailed to the owner and stored automatically in the Elkhorn Living lead sheet.
